All of our products are made using gluten-free ingredients and we do not intentionally use wheat or gluten in any madeleine or topping.

Base madeleines contain: Milk, Eggs.Pistachio products contain tree nuts. Other flavours may contain traces due to shared kitchen handling.

Some products may also contain Soya.

Storing your sweet treats

Keep your madeleines in a cool, dry spot (like a cupboard).

They’ll stay lovely for up to a week in a sealed container… but honestly, the sooner you eat them, the better 😉

Freezing?

No problem. Freeze them, then defrost on a plate for a few hours before serving.

Returns & Refunds

Our madeleines are baked fresh and made to be enjoyed, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges. If anything isn’t right when your order arrives, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll sort it with you.

Shipping (UK)

We currently ship orders across the UK using Royal Mail / Post Office 48-hour service.

If it arrives sooner, even better; we’d rather overdeliver than overpromise. ;)

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is usually within 48 hours.
