Because our products are freshly made food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If there is a problem with your order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with quality on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (or collection) so we can help. Where possible, please include:
• your order number
• a short description of the issue
• photos of the item(s) and packaging (if damaged)

What we may offer:

Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following (at our discretion):
• a replacement (where practical)
• a partial refund
• a full refund

Pre-orders and cancellations

We accept cancellations for pre-orders up to 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch or collection time.

If you have paid a deposit, please note that deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, we will refund any remaining balance paid (excluding the deposit).

Cancellations within 48 hours

Because we begin preparing your order in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of dispatch or collection.

Delivery issues

We ship using Royal Mail / Post Office 48-hour service. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and can occasionally vary during busy periods. If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect address / missed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may be unable to offer a refund for perishable goods. If a reshipment is possible, additional shipping charges may apply.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Our products are gluten-free and coeliac-friendly, and we provide allergen information on our website. Pistachio products contain tree nuts, and other products may contain traces due to shared kitchen handling. If you have any questions before ordering, please contact us before placing your order.
