Gluten-free focaccia that doesn’t feel gluten-free. After weeks of testing (and a lot of disappointing “dry and expensive” loaves), we made a focaccia that’s actually worth getting excited about: soft, fluffy, full of flavour and 100% vegan.
It’s delicious as it is, but for the best experience, pop it in the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C for a crisp outside and a warm, fluffy centre. Perfect for sandwiches, dipping, or sharing.

Base madeleines contain: Milk, Eggs.Pistachio products contain tree nuts. Other flavours may contain traces due to shared kitchen handling.
