Focaccia Bread - Ingredients & Allergen Information

Our focaccia is handmade from scratch in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. It is gluten-free, coeliac-friendly and vegan.

Ingredients: Gluten-free flour blend: gluten-free wheat starch, maize starch, dextrose, buckwheat flour, psyllium seed fibre, rice starch, thickener: guar, flavouring; water, yeast, olive oil, salt, herbs and selected toppings.

Herb blend: Basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, black pepper and dried garlic.

Allergens: Contains gluten-free wheat starch.

Although the flour is gluten-free and suitable for gluten-free baking, this product may not be suitable for people with a wheat allergy.

Our focaccia does not contain milk, eggs or other animal products, but it is made in a kitchen where milk, eggs, soya and tree nuts are also handled.

Custom toppings: Some toppings and finishing ingredients can be left out on request. Please let us know before ordering if you would like us not to use certain ingredients, such as herbs, garlic, seeds or other toppings.
